Clover Hill Reformed Church is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all children, youth, and volunteers who participate in ministries and activities sponsored by the church. Background checks are required for volunteers and employees over the age of 18.
Church sponsored programs/events/ministry involving children will have two adults in a room/area or, if one adult is present, doors will be left open and unlocked. Teen volunteers and parent volunteers, who serve as second adults at an activity, participate beside screened adults.
If a child must be transported, at least verbal parental/guardian permission will be obtained. It is advised that two adults transport the child.
Our congregation is committed to preserving this church as a holy place of safety and protection for all who would enter and as a place in which all people can experience the love of God through relationships with others.
